Accounts are billed services from date of registration date, however the billing of water charges occurs in the following month after the reading period is updated.
The new account: 10439948 started billing water from Oct 2022 with the start reading date as 06.08.2022 to 05.09.2022
Therefore the new owner acc: 10439948 was back charged consumption from date of registration being 12 July 2022 to 05 August 2022, before the 1st recorded reading of Oct 2022 billing as there was no water charge in the Aug 2022 or Sept 2022 statements.
