QRC RESPONSE: Under review
A request has been submitted on 12.03.2023 to Billing and Rates departments to terminate the previous acc: 10380314. Kindly review the March 2023 and/or April 2023 statement for updated amendments. Should there be a refund due, kindly forward the below required documents to VuyokaziYa@buffalocity.gov.za to request a refund:
1. A letter from the lawyers who did the transfer of the property. It should state that credit balance may be paid into the account holder’s bank account
2. Bank confirmation letter or 1 month stamped bank statement
