1. A letter from the lawyers who did the transfer of the property. It should state that credit balance may be paid into the account holder’s bank account
2. Bank confirmation letter or 1 month stamped bank statement

There was no new meter installed. I paid the previous account until water started billing to the new account. There has been 2 separate meters being charged for the same property. Please note that i am not to be back charged as that meter was running concurrently with the new meter. Please fix this.
