Account has been allocated to the Rates and Billing Departments to finalize all charges. Kindly view the March 2023 and/April 2023 statement for progress updates.
Should there be a refund due, kindly forward the below required documents to VuyokaziYa@buffalocity.gov.za to request a refund:
1. A letter from the lawyers who did the transfer of the property. It should state that credit balance may be paid into the account holder’s bank account
2. Bank confirmation letter or 1 month stamped bank statement
