38622 1/20/2023 11:26:23 AM 1/25/2023 9:14:34 AM Nov 2021 <div>Letter of Dispute from consumer uploaded as reference</div><div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE: Under Review</div>Readings from Aug 2020 to Nov 2021 currently under review with Billing and Technical team.<div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE 2:&nbsp;</div><div>Consumer done a self meter test on 21 Jan 2023 which indicated a potential leak.</div><div>Waterworks inspected the premises on 25 Jan 2023 and found the meter turning at 0.400l/minute, indicating an internal leak. On investigation the leak could possibly be underground, and the owner was present.
