<div>Letter of Dispute from consumer uploaded as reference</div><div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE: Under Review</div>Readings from Aug 2020 to Nov 2021 currently under review with Billing and Technical team.<div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE 2: </div><div>Consumer done a self meter test on 21 Jan 2023 which indicated a potential leak.</div><div>Waterworks inspected the premises on 25 Jan 2023 and found the meter turning at 0.400l/minute, indicating an internal leak. On investigation the leak could possibly be underground, and the owner was present. Current reading is 0810 on the 24/01/2023 and in line with system readings.</div><div>Consumer was advised on 25 Jan 2023 to appoint a plumber within 10 days of notification and to log a new query by uploading a signed copy of the plumbers letter for further assessment.</div><div>Current query logged therefore closed as the account will be re-assessed in line with a leak rebate once repairs have been completed and the monitoring process commences. </div><div>Mrs Dreye has been contacted and the above processed explained</div>
