As a result we took water readings every month and the account was in credit as a result. We also submitted the readings and queried the reason as to why we where not being charged. On the Statement dated the 25th June 2022 we where charged a wopping R11,464.66nfor 500kl - this by far exceeded our readings - in fact our reading where totally disregarded. I have been tot he office and logged a query, and followed up on a number of occasions. This has proved to be totally ineffective.
