Incorrect Water Charge
Description
Dear Query department, since I started managing this account I noted that there was no charge for water consumption. As a result we took water readings every month and the account was in credit as a result. We also submitted the readings and queried the reason as to why we where not being charged. On the Statement dated the 25th June 2022 we where charged a wopping R11,464.66nfor 500kl - this by far exceeded our readings - in fact our reading where totally disregarded. I have been tot he office and logged a query, and followed up on a number of occasions. This has proved to be totally ineffective. I am therefore once again submitting my meter readings taken up to 6 month prior to June 22 (From Jan 2022) Kindly follow up on this query - The Reference no for my past query relating to this account is 75200
