I have been charged for two meters since August 2021 when property was registered in my name. I raised the issue with BCM but has never been resolved. I have been paying for the meter which is in the property never missed payment. I am now selling the property but I have been issued with Rates clearance figures which include arrears which resulted from the 2nd meter which does not exist.
