i have been paying my bill every month since i bought my home in 2019, then after a smart meter was installed i recieved a bill of R96 000 to my account. i went to query it and i was told its two water bills under my name, a query was laid and nothing has been done ever since. its going to to be close to a year now, same story that the bill department will get back to me. i am sufferering from anxiety and now with the 80% rule put in pace i cant even buy eletricity. this is victimisation and abuse and no one to account or try to retify it. please help<br/><b>Journal Amount</b>: [91620.95]
