The home was only transferred into my name and bcm account handed over to me about 3 or 4 months ago. At the begging of this year, BCM turned off my lights as there was a big amount outstanding and that amount was payed by WF0sner as they were the account holders at the time. BCM then again after that said there was another amount of about 20 000 rand outstanding and turned my lights off again. I went to the BCM in beacon bay and the lady said it was a mistake and they put the lights back on. This month I get a bill of 9000 rand and of that 9000, 7000 rand was for say “vamred adjustments” I was told you deal with WF Osner so I was wondering if you could please help me out with this.
