See attached - We have been OVERCHARGED with Sewerage fees and therefor both this amount of R5205.24 as well as the monthly levy of R524.08 (Back dated to 2020) SHOULD be removed from the account. Please also clarify what the actual amount outstanding on this account is after investigation of the above. Please investigate and resolve this ongoing matter asap.
