Hence my previous 2 enquiries query were simply closed without feedback - Ref 33431 - I SHALL REPEAT MYSELF: We've been battling for more than 2 years to remove the extra " Sewerage Domestic Basic 1010 m2" for the amount of R524.08 from our account as we only have 4 toilets within the main building and NO TOILET in the outside building - to no avail, haven’t received any response from BCMM regarding this matter and earlier on in 2021 we were charged R5205.24 for UNBILLED Sewerage Related levy. See attached - We have been OVERCHARGED with Sewerage fees and therefor both this amount of R5205.24 as well as the monthly levy of R524.08 (Back dated to 2020) SHOULD be removed from the account. Please also clarify what the actual amount outstanding on this account is after investigation of the above. Please investigate and resolve this ongoing matter asap.
