<p class="MsoNormal">Consumer is under administration, I am busy giving amounts
to the administrator. But now I see there is a previous owners account
that still has the water meter and charges on – which I am sure resulted in the
hand over on that account as well. Is it maybe that the account was never
closed off properly and meter transferred? I need to know if the new
owner is liable for all the debt, as I see they don’t have a water meter – I
assume they are, but do not want to just add to the administration debt without
confirmation.<o:p></o:p></p>
