A response was communicated in 2018 and 2019 to BCMM colleagues and the customer in response of the required document.
In terms of the Credit Control Policy, a customer is required to submit a signed copy of a plumbers letter/ certificate from a registered plumber or a sworn affidavit from the person who performed the leak. Customer was contacted on 02 Feb 2023 explaining the requirements of the plumbers letter.
Query therefore closed. Consumer to log a new query once the correct document is available.
