Plumbers letter does not confirm a leak being repaired. Letter from leak Finda states the owner "got his own plumber to do the repair". The owner is required to submit a plumbers letter from the person who performed the repaired as confirmation with the date of repairs.
Consumer attended to Thetha Nathi campaign in B/Bay (27/05/2023) and the above was explained.
Account will be assessed once the correct letter is received.

Current reading (April 2023) has been updated, but consumption includes a portion of the repair period. Account has been flagged.
