Good day, our BCM bill is still not rectified despite numerous follow ups on the portal. We pay our monthly current account, send through our reading, but all we got was the amounts being handed over. Now when i buy electricity 80% goes to a servce fee and i only get 41 units for R600. This is outragous. Please assist with rectifying by BCM bill urgentlly. Thank you
