BCM system has split 17kL over 4 tariffs, which includes the penalty tariff. kL amounts for the other tariff categories are reduced as well, which does not make sense. 1st category is 0 to 4kL, yet it is reduced to 3.548. 2nd reduced from 6 to 2.365, 3rd from 7kL to 5.913.
