Good Day ...I have now called Leak Finder in to come and check if there is a leak in the house, they arrived yesterday and did there tests --- Well according to the test report it was found that there was a leak and has now been repaired --- please see the attached report. Please understand that as there has been no meter readings for 12 months I had no clue that there is a leak .... in all fairness if I had been given my readings every month as they should be done and not an average I would have reacted to a high reading straight away as I have done now. But every month I have been told I am using 10 or 15 Kl per month as this would be as the same as I did use before. So I act knowledge there was a leak but please I do need lenience as yes I am at fault but BCM is also as there is no way to know that an high amount of water is been used if there is no accurate reading :-(. Attached is the report that a leak has been found. It would be appreciated if you could see my situation and a fair amount is now charged ?
