the water was not not read from 2017/07/31 - 201807/27 which we were supposed to apply six months policy but we never instead the account was credited with 100% credit on the 20181220 but again in 20190115 it was debited with big amount of water adjustment please assist also there was water leak in 2019 - 2020 and consumer submitted plumbers letter for that it is still pending consumer advised to bring plumbers letter.
