Dear Sir, I have reported the duplicated Refuse charges in September 2022 , and to date i have had no feed back from BCM - I see i have been charged interest on a bill which nobody had come back to me to resolve - I have been paying what i consider to be the correct payment of R 1,167 per month for the last few months - Please would somebody advise on progress of my query, so we can sort out asap - Many Thanks - Derek Puttergill
