I have now tried on various platforms to get this account sorted out to no avail. I have photos of the water leak in the outside watere meter box, I have my usage tracked that shows my monthly usage, I have called and emailed and still no assistance? What does it take to get my account sorted out? Please refer to your own policy of 6 months back dated charges and apply it to my account, and please amend my account so that I can get it cleared once and for all
