2019 billing is in order as the stolen meter was replaced with the stop cock. No recommendation was submitted by Waterworks meaning the consumption was not affected when the meter was stolen.
Recent e-mail received refers to an affidavit with leak repairs dated 28 Aug 2021.
Account also does not qualify for leak rebate in line with this affidavit as the consumption after the repair date and prior the repair date is consistent.
