Please advise on the status of this query. A verification was requested on the 25/01/2023. This was supposed to be done and the query resolved within 30 days from this date. This has not happened. I am still being billed for charged which are not provided by the Municipality. Please resolve this query and reverse all billed charges and related interest in respect to the refuse urgently.
