Previous owner acc: 10384351 has been terminated and new owner account created. A request has been submitted on 12.03.2023 to finalize the service charges. Kindly view the March 2023 and/or April 2023 statements for the finalization of accounts.
Should there be a refund due, kindly forward the below required documents to VuyokaziYa@buffalocity.gov.za to request a refund:
1. A letter from the lawyers who did the transfer of the property. It should state that credit balance may be paid into the account holder’s bank account
2. Bank confirmation letter or 1 month stamped bank statement
