Meter on old account 10205628 has been removed and account closed.New account 10436867 will be back charged consumption from May 2022 when the new meter was installed.This will reflect when the next actual reading is updated.Kindly assess your next statement and log a new query as a Six months policy assessment if the back charge amount reflect as a Debit balance after the interim reversal.Query closed.
