QRC RESPONSE: Phoned consumer with regards to the plumbers letter that is not attached to system.
Spoke to Luvuyo owner and he said he did submit it to our Counter services section, but i advised him that we did not receive anything on our side. That he must resubmit plumbers letter. He will send letter via email to me 10.02.23.
