Kindly liaise with the transferring attorneys as the new owner has not yet opened their own account. Services will be terminated once the new account is created.
Kindly forward the below required documents to VuyokaziYa@buffalocity.gov.za to request a refund once finalized:
1. A letter from the lawyers who did the transfer of the property. It should state that credit balance may be paid into the account holder’s bank account
2. Bank confirmation letter or 1 month stamped bank statement
