New account has been created and services transferred. A request has been sent to the Billing Section to reverse remaining charges. Kindly view the March 2023 to April 2023 statements for progress updates.
Should there be a refund due, kindly forward the below required documents to VuyokaziYa@buffalocity.gov.za to request a refund:
1. A letter from the lawyers who did the transfer of the property. It should state that credit balance may be paid into the account holder’s bank account
2. Bank confirmation letter or 1 month stamped bank statement
