Change of ownership and adjustments done. Consumer to kindly forward the below required documents to VuyokaziYa@buffalocity.gov.za to request a refund:
1. A letter from the lawyers who did the transfer of the property. It should state that credit balance may be paid into the account holder’s bank account
2. Bank confirmation letter or 1 month stamped bank statement
