Previous account was terminated and new owner account created in Oct 2022.
Should there be a refund due, kindly forward the below required documents to VuyokaziYa@buffalocity.gov.za to request a refund:
1. A letter from the lawyers who did the transfer of the property. It should state that credit balance may be paid into the account holder’s bank account
2. Bank confirmation letter or 1 month stamped bank statement
