Account 10434989 was not not billed from the date of transfer of ownership 2021/09/29 ,the late termination which you are billed on for the period you querying ,are the period that the services that you consumed ,you never have been billed ,in terms of the municipality policy ,the consumer had to be billed from the date the property was transferred on your name.Query closed.
