Good Day. The response of "no prepaid meter on the account" meant that the prepaid meter number is not reflecting on the financial system. As such, protocol is to obtain verification of the prepaid meter information from the service department for audit purpose before adjustments can be made. This matter has been finalized and Basic Electricity charges has been reversed. Query Closed.
