I have a prepaid meter installed at this address. No3 Hawksview. It was installed on 23 February 2022. I am still being charged the BASIC ELECTRICITY CHARGE every month since the installation of the meter. This charge should have been cancelled. What's next? Will you send out a technician to check if there is a meter installed so that the charge can be cancelled, and all charges dating back a year should be refunded/credited. Please, please sort this out.
