I also advised that the area that has the water meter seems to be wet and I was told someone would come to investigate that issue. I'm not sure if someone was actually sent cause after I fixed the water issue, then that problem no longer persisted. Upon my own water leak investigation I was able to find the leak and since I'm fitter and turner by trade, I was able to fix the water leak. I went again in January again to query why the water bill hasn't changed regarding the water usage that is billed and I was advised to write an affidavit advising on the issue, I did the affidavit and I gave it to one of the attendees who took it and then brought back to me in January. I did another follow to check on the progress and I was advised nothing was submitted/ uploaded on system.
