The leak was recently noticed and subsequently fixed by our resident plumber on 18th and 28th February 2023. The plumber's affidavit can be found attached. Also, you can see by the recent charges, there has been a huge spike in consumption since Jul'22. We kindly request that the matter is investigated, consumption confirmed, and if possible, a rebate is considered in respect of the subsequent (and very high) charges.
