On the same statement I was charged for 86kl on the smart meter for a period of four month, which is a total disgrace where I was horribly overcharged. Since the smart meter was installed I have been overcharged every month, there are only two people on the property. A gent from the municipality came and took a photo of my meter as requested by his boss, he could not believe when I told him that I'm been charged between 18 to 23 kl per month, he also stated that I do not have any leaks.
