I have however been disconnected in the interim. I also did not receive 14 days notice of your intention to disconnect, in fact I did not receive any notice of your intention to disconnect. I was billed from April 2021 until July 2021 in 1 month. The new smart meter was not working and they came to repair it. I was then back billed for the 3 months in 1 month at a higher rate.
