Overcharge on Electricity - Interim Readings Used - Credit Due

Good Day
We have, for many months, been visiting the BCM offices to allocate payments as BCM are not using our provided monthly electricity readings and are instead continuing to (over) charge via interim readings.
We urgently need our readings to be taken into account, and a credit arranged for the months of over - billing.
