billed on 200500887 and then BNRG091 from Jan 2020 until corrected to meter BNRG094 in June 2021.
I request that I be refunded all water charges for that period, and billed correctly. the meter I was being billed on is for a 2 bedroom with a family, my flat is a 1 bedroom with just me.
