Description
The query on my account dates back to 21 January 2021 where i have repeatedly been in communication via email to Fareeza Raffie, Jamie Christiaan, Simoneey Davids, Llewellyn Booysen regarding my account. I've sent through all required documentation including plumbers letter. I was assured that my account would be assessed after three months (this being by March 2021). I have followed up on numerous occasions with no response. My account has since been handed over and I'm being charged interest monthly, not to mention that my electricity gets blocked constantly.
