My water meter box was installed in September 2022. Since then I have used NO water. I email my reading on the 1st of every month to Wayne Rieck and Meter reading email address as well as send reading and photo to the BCM whatsapp number. I will NOT pay for water I have not used. Last month charged for 1 kl - NOT PAID. This month interim 15 kl - I will NOT pay. I will be sending through a photo to the BCM whatsapp number tomorrow showing the reading as 0
