<p class="MsoNormal">The statement we received dated the 22/08/2020 reflects that
we owe Buffalo City Municipalitythe sum of R20265.92 for water only. We
humble wish that the above billing be reviewed as we understand that this might
not be the true or correct reflection of our consumption. This
argument is based on the fact that we were at home that is 11 Jersey Rd,
Winchester Gardens only in May 2020 during lockdown alert level 5. During all
other months we were in Cofimvaba where we both work. Due to the above billing
our electricity is blocked and we are unable to buy electricity for now. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This offcourse, has adversely affected us. unfortunately for
us we do not even have a swimming pool,nothing that we might have suspected
that consumed water a lot. For us, to to have consumed such a huge volume
of water in one month is not possible<o:p></o:p></p>
