Recon-2021( refer to account dated 25.11.2021,which I have attached, the meter was changed, double billing on water as these figures have already been charged on the old meter number X-XCS140) also on this account it states previous water meter reading was 1340, this is no where to be found on the BCMM accounts? So when was this meter replaced?<div><br></div><div>Recon-2022( refer to account dated 20.02.2022, which I have attached, the usage was 14kl which has been over charged, as 14kl should have cost R356.44 and not R1347.97.</div>
