I would like to know when this account will be rectified. I live in Riverwood Eco Estate. Own Haven the property Manager has been incontact with BCM regarding account errors from BCM.
Issues:
1. All refuse removal charges must be credited for the account dating back to when the house was registered 2018. Reason for this is that refuse is not collected from my home but in an area outside the estate, which the estate also gets charged from BCM so in other words we are paying double.
2. Sewerage has been charged back dated to 2018 which is fine but the refuse removal should be removed and credit to the account as i have been paying for refuse since.
3. All interest on this account amount due should also be fixed.
4. I have been to BCM to resolve this issue but still no luck. My account has been blocked before. I have to go in to get it sorted but all they do is flag the account for 3 months so i can buy electricity. Other times I am told the Property manager must come and sort the issue.
This has become extremely frustrating.
