I write regarding my water leak query on the above mentioned account. In March 2021 I had a water leak that was repaired on 10 May 2021, wrote an affidavit in June 2021 stating that, and that I was busy with construction. Got feedback that nothing can be done because I was doing construction which I'm not satisfied with because...
1. The 42 and 49 kl of water that ran down the street was not used on construction. It was a leak that was fixed a month prior on 10 may before digging and the reading dates are 12/04/21 for March and 12/05/21 for April respectively.
2. When I wrote the affidavit on 09 June 2021 digging was taking place and no water was used.
3. It must be noted that by that time the water leak has been repaired for a month already and the last abnormal reading was for April on may 12.
4. I have two 210 lt drums and a refuse bin which I used to store rain water for the project. Minimal to no water was used for the process as my water consumption remained normal throughout and not as I assumed it would be.
5. May I kindly be credited for the water leak of 42kl with reading date of 12/04/21 for March and 49kl for reading date of 12/95/21 for April. Way before construction.
