A prepaid meter was installed on 23 February 2022, at No3 Hawksview, but I am still being charged a basic electricity charge, a whole year later.
I noted the comment on my last query, and your comment says there is no meter installed. THERE IS a meter installed. If you check my account, there are NO electricity charges. I purchase prepaid electricity every month. Somehow the records regarding my prepaid meter are incorrect on YOUR system. That doesn't mean there is no meter at the property.
This needs to be sorted out please. This is now going on a whole year. It is unacceptable that nothing gets done to sort this matter out. If need be, send out a technician and you will SEE the meter. The basic electricity charge needs to be cancelled and refunded for the whole year, or until such time that SOMEONE sorts this out. I will keep on querying it, even if it takes the rest of my life, every month until someone does something about it. Send out a technician, sort it out.
