R ETTER TRUST who is in the process of purchasing my property and with that I do know that the account is in arrears. Please can you assist with some sort of discount so that I can forward the amount to the TRUST for them to settle the account so they are able to get the Rates Clearance Certificate and to transfer the property to R ETTER TRUST. As I am a widow and single mom and unable to get the offices, your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
