I lived at 18 Windermere Court In southernwood East London but the property was sold and registered in new owners name.
Still get an account even though it is a -amount the water has not been transferred to the new owners name and i should be getting a refund.
have queried many times ,been to office in town.emailed and phoned to no luck...PLEASE HELP
