We were charged 2 rate amounts on November account and I would like an explanation for the charge - 2 very different amounts.
I logged a query in November Reference No: 83485 but someone closed the query without actioning claiming it was a duplicate query but it is not a duplicate I have the same query on 2 different accounts.
